Bids will be received until 2:00 pm local time October 13, 2017, at the Wythe County Administration Office, Attention: Martha Collins, 340 South Sixth Street, Wytheville, VA 24382. Envelopes containing each bid must be clearly marked with designation of “Interior Bleachers” or “Exterior Bleachers” and the Bidder’s name, address, and business/contractors’ license number.
Withdrawal of bids due to error shall be in accordance with Virginia Code Section 2.2-4330.
Wythe County encourages the participation of MBE/WBE type firms.
Wythe County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids.
